In 1972, John J. Bleidt was admitted to the practice of Law for the State
of Kentucky and the United States District Court, Western District and
Mr. Bleidt has practiced law in Louisville, Kentucky for over 40 years. He
presently is a Senior Member in the firm of which includes those
listed in this website.
Mr. Bleidt's practice includes representation in numerous regional and
local commercial real estate companies, has a large diversified
international law practice and has advised numerous corporations on
their legal matters from formation on.
The international practice provides representation of clients which
either have or presently do business in the following jurisdictions:
Jamaica, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Panama, Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos
Islands, Luxembourg, Bermuda, Argentina, Chile, Canada, Australia,
Mexico, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore-China and Thailand.
Mr. Bleidt presently performs legal services for over 25,000
apartment units, dozens of shopping centers, over 2 million square
feet of office and industrial properties and assists with numerous
developers and builders both commercial and residential. He also
represents numerous condominium and homeowners associations.
CIVIL AND POLITICAL
Mr. Bleidt is frequently the guest lecturer for the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development at its Regional Management
Seminars, the Louisville Apartment Association and the Institute for
Real Estate Management.
Mr. Bleidt has been the Vice President and Director for
Louisville Apartments Association and presently is serving a third term
as President of that Association (see photo).
Mr. Bleidt presently serves as a Member of The Board of Directors of
The Louisville Water Company.
Mr. Bleidt has organized numerous political campaigns in Louisville and
state wide in Kentucky. He has been the campaign manager or finance
director for over 20 such campaigns.
